Q: What is the shelf life of your products?
A: When stored below 70° F and less than 60% relative humidity, they will last a minimum of 12 months in a tightly sealed bag.
Q: Are you GFSI certified?
A: Yes, we are SQF Food Safety Certified for Manufacturing.
Q: What product certifications are available for your products?
A: Many of our products are Kosher, Halal, Organic, and Project Non-GMO Verifiable.
Q: Can we rehydrate butter powder and use it like butter?
A: Yes, but when baking there is no need to rehydrate powders. For other applications such as to spread on toast or bread, blend 4 parts of our 0300 butter powder to 1 part hot water, mix well. Chill, then use as regular butter.
Q: Do cheese Chunkettes need to be refrigerated?
A: No, not when stored at ambient (room) temperature.
Q: Do you do custom blending?
A: Yes, our minimum order quantity is 2,000 lbs.
Q: What packaging sizes are available?
A: We can package sizes from one ounce to one ton and most weights in between. Certain minimums apply.
Q: What allergens do your products contain?
A: Commercial Creamery is a dairy plant and all the products we produce, even seasoning blends, contain milk.
